Shoqata e Shtypit të Jashtëm në Zvicër dhe Lihtenshtajn (APES), e themeluar në vitin 1928, organizon çdo vit që nga viti 1948, darkën e saj tradicionale presidenciale me Presidentin e Konfederatës. Mundësia për t’u krijuar anëtarëve e gazetarëve të saj të takojnë mysafirët e ftuar, përfaqësues të shteteve dhe të botës të ekonomisë, financës, politikës, personalitete të shkencës, të kulturës dhe sportit, që kanë lënë gjurmë gjatë vitit.

Në Bernë, më 5 nëntor 2018, APES inauguroi me këtë ngjarje ciklin e festimeve të përvjetorit të 90-të të saj.

APES Presidential Lunch in Bern 2018 with Alain Berset President of Confederation

The Foreign Press Association in Switzerland and Liechtenstein (APES), founded in 1928, organizes every year since 1948 its traditional Presidential Dinner with the President of the Confederation. The opportunity to allow its journalists members to meet some fifty prestigious guests, spokespersons of the great bodies of the State to the leaders of the economy, the finance, politics, personalities of science, of culture and sport, which have marked the past year. In Bern, November 5, 2018, APES inaugurated with this event the cycle of celebrations of its 90th anniversary.

The photo exhibition of our member Pierre-Michel Virot, on the occasion of our 90th anniversary, was inaugurated at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, on November 7th, by the Director-General of the United Nations, Michael Møller , the ambassador of the Swiss Mission to the UN, Valentin Zellwegger, who supported the event, the President of APES, Jean Musy and the author of the images, in front of nearly two hundred people. It will last until November 16 at 11am.

Very good reception of the UN public. The event also reflects not only on journalistic work and international Geneva, but also how a journalist must ensure his credibility often challenged today, thanks to the excellence of his work in his duty to inform.

– Publication in early December of a double issue “Special Anniversary” for the new edition of the Yearbook APES 2018-2019.

– Awarding of theAPES Prize early 2019, with important institutional support.

– New presentation of the photo exhibition, with new images, at Uni-Dufour University, Geneva, end of February 2019. The opportunity to organize a major public debate on the future of journalism and journalists.

L’Association de la Presse Etrangère en Suisse et au Liechtenstein (APES), créée en 1928, organise chaque année depuis 1948 son traditionnel Dîner présidentiel avec le Président de la Confédération. L’occasion de permettre à ses journalistes membres de rencontrer une cinquantaine d’invités prestigieux, des porte-paroles des grands corps de l’État, des dirigeants de l’économie, des personnalités de la finance, de la politique, de la science, de la culture et du sport, qui ont marqué l’année écoulée. À Berne, le 5 novembre 2018, l’APES a inauguré avec cet événement le cycle de manifestations célébrant son 90e anniversaire.
