Dear ladies and gentlemen democrats and opposition members!
Gathered in this square and wherever you might be, please accept the most limitless gratitude! Please permit me, to wholeheartedly welcome to Tirana, on your behalf the highest EU statesmen, of the European Parliament, the European Commission and the neighboring countries of the Western Balkans as well. This represents a very special occasion for us to express to them, the their governments, nations and countries, to the European Parliament and Council, our most boundless gratitude about the all-round help and assistance and the extraordinary solidarity that you have provided and are giving to Albanians, and to Albania throughout these decades.
The presence of the EU’s highest officials represents the greatest support that European values in Albania have ever received in our entire history. In this context, this summit represents a great support for all Albanians who consider our state’s integration into the EU as the best future for themselves and their country. This summit represents also a great support especially for the Democratic Party, the political force that during its battle for European values, in the revolution of 1990, under the motto “We want Albania like the rest of Europe”, overthrew the Communist dictatorship, laid the new foundations of democracy and the market economy, enabled Albania to became a member of the EC and NATO as well, signed the Stabilization and Association Agreement and received the recommendation of the candidate country’ status.
Three decades ago, we embarked on the path to democracy as the third poorest nation on the planet, at just $204 per capita. Since that time on, the income has increased at least 25 times at the present day.
While achieving this, the generosity of your nations and countries has been of fundamental significance, so we will remain forever indebted to you and to your taxpayers for your invaluable assistance. God bless your nations and countries!
All Albanians, all of us who are here today and Albanians no matter how many they are, are grateful to you about the great honor that you gave bestowed upon Albania.
But at the same time we are unfortunate because at this summit we are represented at this summit by the man who, with according to all the codes of the world, should have been today in front of justice today, and not sitting there alongside you.
We feel unfortunate, because the power of the one who represents us is erected and rests on top of electoral crime, the stolen vote of Albanian citizens, corruption and drugs and the dark misfortunes of this nation.
Today is the day when Europe and the world can get to know the truths of Albania. The summit represents an opportunity for the Albanians’ voice to be heard.
Therefore, as our tradition requires, we must and will tell our friends the truth. We are not here to conduct a festive manifestation as we would have wished it to be. We are here, gathered in a protest, with the main goal, that today also the voice of the Albanian opposition people should echo in front of the leaders and the media.
We cannot accept that this summit to be considered as sign of support for Edi Rama and his government, one of the most corrupt on the planet, and to be used by him as an oppressive and suffocating act against the opposition people.
Albania finds itself today in an existential danger. A few months ago, we gathered and went to protest using the slogan: Albania is in danger. Why are we in danger, since we are faced with any foreign invaders?
We don’t have a foreign invader, or facing a country threatening us with war. Only after the danger that threatened Albania was brought up and received attention, then the numbers, the facts, the series of dark records and the shocking scandals began to make sense, began to speak up, to truly take on their meaning.
Let’s take an impartial look. Are Albania and the Albanian nation really funding themselves under an existential danger? In case they are, what is the power that threatens the existence of a nation that has resisted throughout all the times, their invasions and their evil consequences?
Those who steal a people’s vote, are stealing their future. More than anyone else, we Albanians know this. In our past, in the more Orwellian dictatorship we all use to vote once every four years, as other citizens of free nations did. But the difference between us and them was like night and day. The vote of free people was cast straight and fair, alive into the ballot boxes. It produced the rule of law, rights and freedom for Albanian citizens, separation and balance of branches of powers, free market, prosperity and it made possible a future for them. Whereas for us, voting in the dictatorship simply marked the funeral of our vote, which, due to the fear of terror and patronizers, our vote had died already even before we cast it in the ballot boxes. It produced only violence, oppression, poverty, and above all, it destroyed and stole the future of an entire nation.
After decades spent under the dead vote system, in 1991, we overthrew it, but we came out of it as a starving, almost ghost like people and poured into the seas like the boat people in the biblical exodus. That was the only way to escape the tyranny of misery that we inherited from the dictatorship.
At the present day, after 31 years, for the second time, right on the eve of this summit, we present ourselves anew to Europe and to the world as the “boat people.” But the cause of our taking the high seas is no longer the tyranny of misery as it was 31 years ago. This cause and its source is related more than ever to the already dead vote. Rama has established the system of patronizing as it happened in a dictatorship. Whose army consists of 9000 employees from the ranks of the public administration, police and army officers and of the secret service who prey for votes day and night upon the citizens.
Europe and the world learnt how a few months ago, the ayatollahs hackers hacked the system of personal and private data from the database of Albanian citizens. This was a real digital aggression. But the ayatollahs’ hackers only repeated the ugly act of the hackers of the Prime Minister, who just three years ago hacked the personal data of the citizens from the government database and made it available to the notorious patronizers so they could terrorize Albanian voters.
The truth is that Transparency International condemned that act, but Edi Rama two years ago before this summit would be held, boasted and beat his chest, bragging in front of his famous patronizers. In addition to these, in Albania to get the vote without it even entering the ballot box, the narcotics-government uses hundreds of millions of Euros of the gangs for its purchase. Here the poor vote can be bought with 500 narcotics-Euros! Here, Narcotics-Euros are used to commit every crime, including what they had planned for today.
On this basis, in Albania has been established the one-party rule, complete monism. The man who participates in this summit today controls all the powers. Even at the present today, Edi Rama holds 10% more power than the last Communist dictator had in 1991. Regarding the indicator of law enforcement and implementation, the indicator of upholding and respecting the rights of its citizens, Albania ranks 54 places below Kosova, but also four places below the Socialist Republic of the Communist Vietnam.
Therefore, from this square, let us pledge that without the free vote, there cannot be and will not be stability in Albania!
I invite you to chant: Down with the stabilitocracy and the stolen vote! Long live democracy and the free vote!
Ladies and gentleman!
In his attempt to defeat freedom of thought, Edi Rama has marked some of the darkest records in Europe and the world. He has brutally attacked the media, and has reprimanded the journalists by using with a vile and insulting language. He violently shut down television stations. Just two days ago he blew up the resort of a media group owner, only because he had refused to accept government control of his media. The National Freedom and Media Organization has denounced his brutality and violation used against journalists.
I would like to say to the political leaders of Europe, that Edi Rama is absolutely unworthy to stay at that summit today.
Besides these, I recall that the allergy in front of free speech and different thinking is the biological heritage of Edi Rama. His father signed as an executioner, in August of 1988, the verdict that would hang the poet Avzi Nela about the verses he wrote. Edi Rama never apologized for his father’s execution act.
Dear friends, Albania is really facing an existential danger. These days you are all witnessing how the Albanians after 31 years, showed up at the English Channel, like boat people. They spent this dangerous year alongside Syrians and Afghans and the Prime Minister of Albania blamed the British government for all this.
But the drama you saw in La Manche Channel marks only the tip of the iceberg of the depopulation of Albania during these last 8 years. According to Eurostat, in the years 2014-21, 744,000 Albanians, or 27% of the population, emigrated during the reign of this government, of which over 500,000 were young people and children. Not even wars produce these kind figures. There is no pandemic that could provokes this sort of depopulation.
What is the truth? What is happening in Albania? Try to imagine it for yourself! What does it mean when schools close their doors because there are no more students left, when businesses roll down their shutters? It was not that they don’t have turnover, but that they can’t find any workers, because they have already left the country.
At the present, the most preferred, safest workers for Albanian entrepreneurs are those who have been expelled today from your countries, because they at least cannot leave Albania for three years. What does it mean when in front of these phenomena you are faced with a mafia-like Prime Minister, whose arrogance is the only answer he has to give to the situation that has been created? What does it mean? When in 7 years 27% of the population leaves?
The nation is fleeing, its future is being stolen. I was a doctor before leading a political party that toppled the former system. You don’t need to be a doctor to understand that these numbers speak of a dying body. Our nation is falling apart. It is disintegrating. The truth about Albanians is that ethnic cleansing is taking place in the proportions of a genocide. Albania finds itself facing the greatest existential danger in its entire history, but we will save it.
These days I read the documents of the Convention on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide, approved by the UN. On the first page of this document, it is written that there are 5 acts considered to be genocide. In the act number 3, it was prescribed: Genocide is considered when a group is deliberately placed under calculated living conditions, to bring about the partial or complete destruction of a people. Don’t the numbers I talked about above tell us this story? Isn’t the bloody theft, to the bone that is being committed against the Albanians today an expulsion from their lands. Depopulation, stealing their vote, killing their hope, appropriating the budget funds of public assets. The transformation of the latter into a curse for Albanian citizens, just like in the old colonial regimes. Grafting the state with crime. All these are the establishment of living conditions calculated to bring about the partial or complete destruction of an entire people.
I was Prime Minister of Albania and I assure you, that this can never happen, without having first a clear platform of calculated conditions. It can never happen, not even in a war scenario.
The Second World War was characterized by tremendous losses. Our friend country, Poland suffered the greatest losses in percentage of population, 20% of it. I can tell you: the Albanian state possesses everything in order to feed and prosper its citizens, but the problem is that they are robbed day and night by their rulers.
My message to the European Union is this: I thank the leaders who are in Albania, their reports have done a valuable job to expose the monism of Edi Rama!
But Edi Rama attempts to sell summits and conferences like the one of today as support for him.
He is kept in power by falsely claiming that he enjoys international support. I personally do not believe that there is a European leader who supports the architect of depopulation, who supports a Prime Minister connected to crime and the mafia, who supports a Prime Minister who is committing a real genocide against his own nation.
Mafia is in power in the real Albania. Because the government is connected from head to toe to crime, drugs, – all these proven in numerous interceptions. The first Narcotic-state in Europe was built in Albania during these recent years. But, I remind you today, that the three interior ministers of these 9 past years have been connected to the drug clans. One of them was even sent to the White House, while the other is dealing with the security of the summit, if he is not sitting inside at the summit.
The Italian anti-mafia helped us, but we need your help so that these criminal ministers should end up in the rightful place they belong.
In all assessments, in the reports of western commissions, Albania is rated as the most corrupt country in Europe. The truth is that Edi Rama and his government and the nomenclature of his party are the most corrupt in Europe, while the ordinary Albanians who are in this square and in their homes are the most painful victims of theft and corruption on the continent.
In Albania, public works, roads, schools are built at a price 8 times higher than in your countries. Food and alimentary products costs 10% more than in your countries. Oil and gasoline costs the same as in Zűrich, but the salaries of Albanians are 6 to 8 times lower than those of your citizens.
Likewise, thefts and appropriations of up to hundreds of millions of dollars have been uncovered and made public signed by Edi Rama, as a joint venture with his ministers.
This week a new scandal has erupted. The government has engaged in an appropriation project, a theft, perhaps of the largest proportions that Europe has ever known. Edi Rama with his Arab, Alabar is creating his paradise, so he has to collect money from Europe and the criminal world so they can be invested in the Durrës Port.
Dear journalists of foreign media, Albanian corruption is both a national and international one as well.
Edi Rama and his government use all forms of corruption, political, monetary, even erotic ones, to buy support against his opponents, against the opposition people.
He is the only Prime Minister who successfully uses corruption for national lobbying to punish those who fight corruption in Albania, theft and abuse. He uses organized crime every day against whoever denounces his and his government’s freedoms, murders, kidnappings and trafficking.
In Albania, in its four corners, they say that when you met Rama, you should check your pockets, that he either dropped something in your pocket, or took something from it. He, the same as he buys votes, pockets MPs, buys politicians and media owners, even opposition leaders. But no less dangerous and aggressive is that of the international level. He distributes bonuses every day, buys officials, ambassadors of free countries, and uses them against his political opponents, just to cement his monism erected and based on theft, crime and corruption.
I call on the European and American media to investigate what is happening in Albania, investigate Edi Rama. A German colleague of yours, from the BILD newspaper, found out through his investigation in the recordings containing original voices that Edi Rama himself, his PMs, his ministers, police directors, all acted as a structured mafia group.
I assure you will find a truth that will shock the world: members of the mafia network, representatives of the cartels from Sinaloa, Mexico, those of ‘Ndrangheta, have been filmed entering and leaving his office, and they represent a great danger. Not only for Albania, but also beyond it. He has introduced them into his official parliamentary network of foreign countries, but ambassadors of powerful countries today in Albania have in their midst ambassadors who, in complete violation of the Vienna Convention and of the Monroe Doctrine, behave like governors, and do everything to calculate odds against the opposition government of the country, to appoint its leader, accusing him without any facts, evidence or documents, a leader who is elected by the free vote. Meanwhile, they sit side by side with him, hugs the enemy of the free vote of the Albanians, for the main person who is accused about the theft of the century, that of the incinerators.
Today, the Albanian opposition faces the corrupt lobbying, the number one lobbyist of Edi Rama and the main corruptor of the planet, George Soros. But we resist, and we will remain undefeated.
The Albanian and international mafia will never defeat us.
Therefore, I am here to invite the investigative media, European and American ones, to investigate and not only will they uncover crimes worthy of winning Pulitzer Prizes, but they will help a people who are suffering, today and every day of their existence.
I appeal to European citizens: Today you know the Albanians as the boat people. I have told you that poverty has caused their mass exodus. The truth is that the truth is not the cause of this exodus, but the theft that is being done to them by the most corrupt Prime Minister in Europe.
If the European citizens help the Albanian people, not only will they help an ancient people of the continent, which sometimes even contributed to the defense of the West, but they will also prevent a great evil for their own beings. Edi Rama’s government exports crime, drugs and ships refugees to them more than anything else. His brother, Olsi Rama, is the political shield of his partner in the Foreign Affairs’ Minister’s Council, Xhaçka. He is responsible for the thefts and frauds committed in call centers, involved in bitcoin schemes of 2.3 billion Euros in recent months from the money of Spanish, German and other countries’ citizens. Albania needs your support in this epic battle with crime, with the Albanian government mafia.
Zero tolerance to crime and drugs will be our commitment to Albanians and our partners.
Ladies and gentleman!
For the Democratic Party, the political future is only Europe. Edi Rama is trying to tighten and divert this trajectory, but he will never succeed. Democratic Party will never allow this to take place.
The summit of the European Union and Western Balkans countries is the most powerful response that the union sends the Russian dictator, Vladimir Putin, to the Russian genetic expansionism, to his ambitions to that he is attempting to urfe and incite in our region as well. But this summit represents also a clear response to the secret, but also open, changes to President Erdogan’s Neo-Ottomanism in our region.
Today, this summit in Tirana once again consecrates the Berlin Process, which we and the Democratic Party strongly support as an irreplaceable project on the way to European Union integration.
The summit also locks the Serbian-Russian Open Balkans project in the dark archives of the Belgrade-Skopje-Tirana tri-lateral alliance.
Democratic Party never stands against open cooperation with its neighbors in the region, but this project with the main protagonists Alexander Vućić and Edi Rama, with staunch supporters Sergey Lavrov, and also Alexis Soros, aims to establish Serbian hegemony and Russian influence in our peninsula ours, bringing conflict and division.
This project aims to isolate and later on, divide Kosova between these adventurers.
So today, with this summit, the Open Balkans project is receiving a fatal blow.
Welcoming the EU, NATO and US sanctions against Russia, we condemn the opposition to these sanctions by Alexander Vućić, as well as the defense that Edi Rama makes from summit to summit to his boss Vućić, for the attitude that the latter holds against the EU and that of NATO towards Russia. In this defense, Edi Rama safeguards Russian interests in the region and Serbia as the little Russia in the Balkans.
Democratic Party will never accept the Open Balkans. The sun rises from the West for the DP and for all Albanians.
God bless the Albanian nation, Albania and the national flag! God bless you, the opposition people!
Finally, let’s say to the Police: Release the unfortunate wretch, release him!
Because he is a miserable wretch who has sold himself.
And they are trying today, – since this is a summit, and the undeniable truth is that they are Christian leaders, – to connect it with tracks leading to Turkey or to some other country. They have nothing in common with him and his act. There is one sole author and this is Edi Rama. There is only one architect, who is Edi Rama. There is only one intermediary, and this is the Interior Minister of the family. Çuçi. Release him and don’t spread nonsense rumors and tales around, because the real author is sitting right there on the summit as the chief criminal of the Balkans and Europe as well. Long live Albania!
